From Metro-Chicago:

Take I-80 West from Chicago.
Take exit #56 to IL 26 in Princeton.
Turn RIGHT (north) onto IL 26.
Go north past the truck stop for about 1 mile.
The entrance to the park will be on the right side of IL 26.
