No Image Available Jacob B. Adams, of Fairfield, IL, enlisted as a Private in Company B on September 28, 1861. He was discharged due to disability on June 14, 1862. He died on October 10, 1916. He is buried at New Bedford Chapel Cemetery in New Bedford, Illinois.

No Image Available William Adams (b. March 1, 1844 in Princeton, Illinois), of Princeton (later, Dover), IL, enlisted as a Private in Company A, 69th Illinois Volunteer Infantry on June 14, 1862. His regiment spent its entire service guarding Confederate prisoners of war at Camp Douglas, Chicago, IL. At some point he was promoted Corporal of the same company. He was mustered out with his company on October 6, 1862. He reenlisted as a Private in Company B, 64th Illinois Volunteer Infantry on February 15, 1864. He was mustered out with his company on July 11, 1865. He died on September 5, 1899 of paralysis at the age of 55. He is buried in grave 4 at Clarks Cemetery in Clarks, Nebraska.

No Image Available George William [often mistaken as Washington] Bell (b. October 18 or 22, 1838), of Princeton, IL, enlisted as a Private in Company B on November 1, 1861. He was commissioned a Second Lieutenant on August 8, 1862 and promoted to First Lieutenant on June 3, 1862. He resigned his commission and left the Army on July 21, 1864. He died on July 7, 1907 at the age of 69. He is buried at Gore Hill Cemetery in Sydney, Australia.
 

 

Pvt. Osley A. Booream, Company B
No Image Available Osley A. Booream, of Princeton, IL, served with Company B from November 1, 1861 until he was captured and sent to Camp Sumter (Andersonville Prison), Georgia.  He died there of diarrhea on July 7, 1864 and is buried in grave 3008 at Andersonville National Cemetery in Andersonville, Georgia.

He died on December 20, 1895 of typhoid fever at the age of 65. He is buried in lot 2, section 108, grave J at Tecumseh Cemetery in Tecumseh, Nebraska.

No Image Available James H. Cramphin (b. September 1, 1839), of Princeton (later Yorktown), IL, enlisted as a Private in Company B on September 28, 1861. He reenlisted as a veteran on January 1, 1864. At some point he was promoted to Musician in the same company. He was mustered out with his company on July 11, 1865. He died on January 3, 1919 at the age of 80 possibly of Anima. He is buried in lot GAR, section 15, grave 198 at Wyuka Cemetery in Lincoln, Nebraska.
